If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

Planitex CO Inc. is a spatial commerce technology company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. Planitex provides a platform that enables hospitality properties to create photorealistic 3D digital twins of their spaces, allowing guests to explore and book directly. The Site is a marketing and information resource for prospective hotel partners and guests.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, 3D assets, software, and the Planitex name and logo — is the exclusive property of Planitex CO Inc. or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

The Planitex spatial capture pipeline, 3D processing engine, and viewer technology are proprietary and constitute trade secrets of Planitex CO Inc. Unauthorized reproduction, reverse engineering, decompilation, or distribution of any Planitex technology or content is strictly prohibited.

You may view and print pages from this Site for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you retain all copyright and proprietary notices.

Submission of a pilot programme application through this Site does not constitute a binding agreement between you and Planitex CO Inc. All applications are subject to review and approval at Planitex's sole discretion. Planitex reserves the right to accept or decline any application without obligation to provide a reason.

By submitting an application, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you have authority to represent the property on whose behalf you are applying.

You agree not to use this Site to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site without prior written consent
